It’s a puuuuurple cheesecake! Basically my favourite colour in the whole world in one of my favourite desserts in the whole world. Absolutely packed with blueberry flavour from homemade blueberry compote, topped off with whipped cream and more compote, all of it sitting on a crunchy biscuit base. Just so good.

Update, March 2020: I made an upgraded blueberry cheesecake with compote for extra berry flavour! Cheesecakes were meant for weeknights. Make a buttery biscuit base, press it into a pan not being bothered with perfect edges, whip the cream cheese filling together, pour, bake, pat self on the back. Somehow deal with an overnight wait…
