We’re going all out today with cookies inside and on top of cupcakes. It’s the weeeeeekend! I have made Oreo cupcakes before but they needed a more classic version and new photos!
Muffins & Cupcakes
Every so often, a respectable dessert isn’t a bad idea at all. The less the guilt, the more you can eat. Or at least, that’s my logic. Bonus points when said dessert tastes like a million bucks! These carrot muffins are free of added fats and refined sugar, plus they’ve got….carrots. Veggies in cake, yay!
Fruit in a muffin makes it a breakfast muffin, no arguments. Just here to make your Monday morning start off a little better! There’s fresh peaches, in a soft, tender muffin given a little extra lift with brown sugar. Cornmeal adds texture and flavour and I really think you should grab one to go!
The rains are here but since the tropics aren’t going anywhere either, coconut and mango cupcakes seem appropriate! Get out your beach towels and cocktail umbrellas, it’s cupcake time 🙂
Say hello to some intensely tropical cupcakes! There’s coconut, pineapple, banana and a dreamy-creamy cream cheese frosting. Crunchy almonds for some texture fun and really, I dare you to stop at one. To make them even cuter, they’re actually called Hummingbird cupcakes and here’s apparently why.
